For me the hidden directory was <i>.config/libreoffice</i> in my home directory. Deleting it solved the problem, thanks!<br /><br />After I deleted the problem folder, I thought perhaps this happens if someone setting up the computer runs LibreOffice the first time as root or another user, so some configuration info has bad permissions.
